We’re hiring a Staffing Manager for our Stafford, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! 

 

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

 

  • Job Title: Staffing Manager
  • Location: Stafford, TX
  • Pay: $15/hr
  • Hours: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Duration: Temp-to-Hire
  • Description of Duties: Responsible for coordinating staffing, overseeing service delivery in accordance with client plans, conducting employee training and assessments, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and documentation requirements. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, supporting payroll updates, resolving client and employee concerns, and protecting the confidentiality of all client information.
  • Requirements: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in staffing, training, and compliance, along with basic knowledge of human resources procedures and confidentiality standards, is preferred.
