Staff Accountant / Admin Support

We’re hiring a Staff Accountant / Admin Support for our League City, TX. client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! 

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

·        Job Title: Staff Accountant

·        Location: League City, TX

·        Pay: $55K - $65K/yr.

·        Hours: 8am-5pm M-F

·        Duration: Temp-to-Hire

·        Description of Duties: A/P, A/R, Collections, Billing, Account reconciliations, Maintain ACH vendor log/passwords, Payroll, Journal Entry, Create / Close PO’s, Answer phones as needed, Manage PTO calendar, other duties as assigned

·        Requirements: 3+ years’ Accounting experience, Proficient skills in QuickBooks, Word, and Excel, Ability to accurately work under pressure and maintain tight deadlines, High School Diploma or GED
