Shipping & Receiving / Logistics Specialist

We’re hiring a Shipping & Receiving / Logistics Specialist for our Pearland, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! 

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

·        Job Title: Shipping & Receiving / Logistics Specialist

·        Location: Pearland, TX

·        Pay: $18-$20/hr.

·        Hours: 8am-5pm M-F

·        Duration: Temp-to-Hire

·        Description of Duties: Support the daily logistics, warehouse, and shipping & receiving operations. Prepare, load, and document shipments following all DOT and IATA regulations. Create BOL’s and other shipping documents; operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials; maintain accurate inventory and shipping documents; resolve shipping issues, and communicate with internal teams.

·        Requirements: 3+ years’ shipping & receiving experience, Experience with IATA and DOT shipping procedures; Knowledge of warehouse processes, and creation of BOL’s; Computer skills with MS Word, Excel, an Outlook; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; Strong communication and customer service skills; HS Diploma or GED; Bilingual in Spanish a plus
