We’re hiring a Shipping/Receiving Office Clerk for our Southwest Houston client!

 

We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees to join our client’s team!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

 

  • Job Title:  Shipping/Receiving Office Clerk
  • Location:  Southwest Houston
  • Pay:  $18 - $20/hr
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Duration: Temp to Hire
  • Description of Duties:  Organize distribution and shipping of merchandise.  Contact customers, suppliers, and resources for information pertaining to purchases and shipments.  Maintain internal record keeping systems.  Route drivers to appropriate loading/unloading areas. 
  • Requirements:  Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Computer skills should include Microsoft Word, Excel, Office, ERP Software.  Prior experience with storage and handling procedures for various chemicals and materials.  Knowledge of proper shipping guidelines and procedures for dangerous goods.
