DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

  • Job Title: Service Coordinator
  • Location:  Southeast Houston area
  • Pay: $20 to $30 per hour
  • Hours:  M-F, 8-5
  • Duration:  Direct Hire
  • Description of Duties:  Southeast Houston area company seeks a Service Coordinator to support the field service team by coordinating jobs from purchase order to invoice. Daily job duties include: Expediting parts, entering new orders, communicating with customers and colleagues to arrange service schedules, invoicing work that has been completed, coordinating the shipment of rental equipment, end of month reporting for hours worked at customer sites and arranging safety training for Technicians.
  • Requirements: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency. Good written and oral communication skills. Mechanical aptitude; candidates with craft certifications are encouraged to apply. Good research skills. Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Order processing. Expediting.
