We’re hiring a Service Coordinator for our Southeast Houston area client!

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hard-working employee to join our client’s team!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

  • Job Title: Service Coordinator
  • Location: Southeast Houston area
  • Pay: $15-$20/hr.
  • Hours: 8am-5pm M-F
  • Duration: Temp-to-hire

Southeast Houston area company seeks a Service Coordinator for an immediate position.

Description of Duties:

  • Take calls from customers & meet them in person to check in machines
  • Send quotes to customers
  • Update customers with repair status
  • Keep service techs updated with priority status
  • File warranty claims online
  • Make invoices and quotes for customers
  • Schedule onsite service and schedule in shop pick-ups and deliveries

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills & phone etiquette       
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities
  • Bilingual in English / Spanish a huge plus
