We’re hiring a Sales Support Administrator for our Stafford, TX client!  We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! 

 

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

 

  • Job Title: Sales Support Administrator
  • Location: Stafford, TX
  • Pay: $22/hour
  • Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
  • Duration: Temp-to-hire
  • Description of Duties: Regular customer service support including but not limited to: processing quotes, handling sales-related issues, enter new orders, track orders, manage customer accounts; sales duties include but are not limited to: answering routine sales calls and pre-screen/follow up with leads, handle logistics orders, pre-sale and post-sale assistance paperwork, prepare invoices; update records in CRM ; other duties as requested
  • Requirements: 4 year college degree in accounting or equivalent work experience; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; 2-4 years of experience in sales, sales support, and accounting
