We’re hiring a Sales Assistant for our Southeast Houston client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! 

 

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

 

  • Job Title: Sales Assistant
  • Location: Southeast Houston
  • Pay: $21-$23/hr.
  • Hours: 8am-5pm M-F
  • Duration: temp-to-hire
  • Description of Duties: Assist in preparation of quotes and entry of quotes into the business system, Communicate with customers to address concerns or questions, Monitor shipment schedules and provide updates, Assist inside sales with invoicing and documentation, Assist in collection of past due payables, Provide general administrative support such as filing, typing, copying, etc.
  • Requirements: 2+ years’ administrative experience, Strong computer and customer service skills, Must be extremely organized and have the ability to multi-task
