We’re hiring a Sales Assistant for our growing client in the Southeast Houston area.

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title:  Sales Assistant

Location:  Southeast Houston area

Pay:  $14-18 per hour

Hours:  8-5

Duration:  Indefinite contract

Description of Duties:   Sales Assistant position is now available in the Southeast Houston area!  In order to successfully apply for this role, you should be comfortable with the following job duties:  Prepare quotations for new sales and repair of client’s equipment. Create sales orders from quotations. Process client orders. Handle client inquiries via phone and email.

Provide information for sales, production and accounting as needed. Create and update reports as needed for sales personnel. Maintain customer records. Answer incoming telephone calls, take/relay messages and provide information as required. General administrative and clerical support.

 

Requirements:  5+ years’ experience in an office environment. Strong attention to detail, organized and computer literate. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.

EXCELLENT communication skills; Bilingual is a plus. Exceptional customer service skills are required. 55 WPM+, 10 Key touch required. Must be able to multi-task. Sales experience is a plus.
