We’re hiring a Sales Account Coordinator for our Houston TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Sales Account Coordinator
- Location: Northwest Houston, TX
- Pay: to $55K
- Duration: Direct Hire
- Description of Duties: Assists sales in hitting targets and/or goals. Assists sales in planning meetings. Serves as liaison between sales, customers and internal staff. Maintenance of service accounts. Assists with research, assembly and coordination of proposals, promotional materials and presentations for Sales Representatives; sends literature to prospective customers and/or A & D firms. Responsible for clarification of terms, pricing, discounts and schedules with sales and vendors. Prepares quotes and makes any necessary changes to ensure accuracy by checking quantities, part #’s, finishes, pricing, discounts and margins on the financial report. Ensures credit application is received/submitted to AP for set up of new customer. Tracks all assigned quotes and orders. Tracks product orders, updates installation schedules with operations and notifies all parties as necessary. Verifies that work orders include drawings, complete scope of work, and accurate shipping information. Prepares project reports for management, client or others. Maintains hard copy and electronic filing systems. Confers with all project personnel to resolve problems as they arise. Seeks technical advice as needed. Attends pre-installation meetings and occasional site visits as necessary. Available for installers phone calls/questions regarding installations. Completes invoicing checklist. Actively participates in the collections process with accounting. Backs up the main phone line as calls roll over and assists walk in customers.
- Requirements: Enthusiasm, professionalism and good follow-up skills. Flexible; able to handle unforeseen challenges. Motivated by being a team player with a common goal. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines, detail oriented and able to cope effectively with multiple demands. Must be very computer literate and highly organized with good analytical skills. Willingness and ability to work non-standard business hours, such as nights and weekends, on an as-needed basis.
