What's the job?
We are looking for a Recruiter with industrial, skilled trade, and administrative staffing experience to fulfill our clients' personnel needs. Successful Recruiters in our company will have experience working for a staffing agency servicing multiple clients. This is not an HR position, this is working internally for a staffing agency fulfilling the requests of a large number of different clients. We need someone very experienced who can hit the ground running!

4+ years of experience in general staffing internally for a staffing agency, a working knowledge of labor and employment laws, entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic and organizational skills, competitive and driven to achieve, resilient and determined, ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Pay: $45,000 to $50,000/year
This is base pay plus commission
