An established Oil & Gas company in Broussard, LA (also open to candidates in Lafayette or Houston) is currently hiring an experienced QHSE Manager to oversee quality, health, safety, and environmental programs. In this role, you will develop and maintain QHSE management systems, conduct risk assessments, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement to ensure compliance and promote a safe, sustainable workplace.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000/annually

The perfect QHSE Manager for our client will have:

  • Experience with API Q2, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 45001 compliance standards
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and project management skills
  • A solid background in HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) leadership
  • Proven expertise in internal and external quality and safety auditing, including NCR handling
  • Skilled in risk assessment, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and process development
  • Experience delivering safety and quality training programs to employees
