QA Document Reviewer
We’re hiring a QC Document Reviewer for our Houston-area client! We are seeking experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented professionals who are available to interview immediately and ready to grow with a reputable company.
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
• Job Title: QC Document Reviewer
• Location: Houston, TX
• Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour (DOE)
• Hours: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible start time; schedule must remain consistent)
• Duration: Temp-to-Hire
Description of Duties:
- Review all certification documents before submission, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and elimination of typographical errors.
- Verify document packages meet customer-specific requirements and delivery address specifications.
- Sort, combine, extract, and organize document packages according to individual customer needs.
- Prioritize documentation based on due dates, customer review timelines, and project urgency.
- Upload, review, and share documentation through customer portals (SAP and other platforms).
- Maintain communication with Shipping and Sales teams regarding documentation status and outstanding items.
- Review, approve, and upload incoming test reports, including OMCs, coating certifications, and NDE certifications.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications across all submissions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Document Control or Quality Assurance.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect inconsistencies and errors.
- Experience managing multiple document packages and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar customer document management systems.
- Oil & Gas industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
