We’re hiring a Purchasing Clerk for our Houston TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! 

  • Job Title: Purchasing Clerk
  • Location: Northwest Houston, TX 
  • Pay: $18
  • Hours: 8-5
  • Duration: Temp to Hire 
  • Description of Duties: Busy company is in need of a Purchasing Clerk to join their team!  Job duties include:  Conferring with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability, delivery schedule, accreditation, qualifications and reputation. Preparing and maintaining meeting forms, participating in team meetings, purchasing meetings, and sharing required information with all. Preparing and submitting requests for quotation as well as purchase orders. Maintaining procurement documents including quotations, notations, cost, confirmations, delivery status, lead times, quality documents, emailed communications, drawings and quality documents. Delivering any delivery expectations, communications, and requirements to the Expediting Department.
