A Day in the Life might Include:
Greeting customers/clients in a professional manner
Assisting with any large projects that come in
Answering telephones, direct calls and take messages as needed
Handling calendar organization utilizing Microsoft Outlook
Handling basic data entry, document creation, reports, etc. as needed
Handling mail/packages including FedEx and UPS.
Assisting with any other related tasks as needed.
At least two years of experience handling basic receptionist/administrative functions
Proficiency in MS Office
MUST have experience with a switchboard phone!
Reliability and Professionalism are a must!
Must be a self-starter and quick to jump in to help on projects as needed
Pay Rate: $13.00 - $15.00/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 12:00pm - 5:00pm
