Part-time Accounts Payable Clerk

We’re hiring a Part-time Accounts Payable Clerk for our Southeast Houston, TX area client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

· Job Title: Part-time Accounts Payable Clerk

· Location: Southeast Houston

· Pay: $22/hr. - $25/hr.

· Hours: 5 hours / day M-Th anytime between the hours of 7:30am-4:30pm

· Duration: 3-6 months

· Description of Duties: Process incoming A/P invoices with PO matching; Issue weekly employee reimbursements; Issue weekly vendor payments; Set up new vendors in NetSuite; Maintain files for W9 compliance; Process monthly credit card expenses 

· Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required, 2+ years' a/p experience; Proficient skills in Excel; Experience with an ERP system, preferably NetSuite; Ability to work with all levels of personnel
