We’re hiring a Painter for our Stafford, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! 

 

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

 

  • Job Title: Painter
  • Location: Stafford, TX
  • Pay: $16-$20/hr
  • Hours: Mon-Sat, 6:30am-4:00pm (OT when needed)
  • Duration: Temp-to-Hire
  • Description of Duties: This position is responsible for mixing paints and applying two-coat applications of primer and topcoat to metal surfaces, ensuring surface preparation and quality standards are met. The associate will also follow safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and support continuous improvement initiatives while accurately reporting labor and maintaining company records.
  • Requirements: Candidates must have experience with air-driven paint applications and interpreting blueprints, along with a strong focus on craftsmanship, safety, and productivity. Reliability, effective communication, and the ability to follow procedures and escalate concerns are essential.
