We’re hiring an Order Entry Clerk for our Southeast Houston area client!

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hard-working employee to join our client’s team!


  • Job Title: Order Entry Clerk
  • Location: Southeast Houston area
  • Pay: $15 to $20 per hour
  • Hours: M-F
  • Duration: TTH
  • Description of Duties: Southeast Houston area company seeks an Order Entry Clerk to perform customer service duties related to intermodal trucking. Data entry of orders.  Type in data provided directly from customers.  Verify data by comparing it to source documents.  Sort and Organize paperwork after entering data.  Ensure timely and accurate data entry.  Works closely with the Customer Service and Dispatch department to ensure the accurate execution of order entry.
  • Requirements: 6 months experience of order entry in transportation.  Strong organizational skills.  Strong team building and interpersonal skills.  Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.  Ability to work on several projects simultaneously.  Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing information quickly.  Ability to keep tight deadlines
