Job Description
We’re hiring an Operations Administrator for our Houston, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Operations Administrator
- Location: Northwest Houston
- Pay:$20-$25
- Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm (some nights and weekends and overtime will be required)
- Duration: TTH
- Description of Duties: Assist with administrative duties, support field and operational workers. Maintain and audit various reports, communicate processes and create accounts. Daily audit field worked days and report to payroll. Quality check and document paperwork. Review and send invoices to be approved for billing.
- Requirements: High School Diploma. Experienced with SAP and MS Office. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Previous Oil and Gas experience and able to work weekends and an on call schedule.
