DIRECT HIRE opportunity for an Office Manager in Southlake, Texas!


An accounting business in Southlake, Texas is currently hiring an experienced Office Manager to join their team!  In this role, the Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all processes in the office are running smoothly and efficiently. The office manager will coordinate training for employees, help maintain software, communicate effectively with all office personnel and complete other administrative duties. 


Salary: $60,000-65,000 / Year

The perfect Office Manager for our client will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Office Management roles
  • Proficient in computers and computer software associated with offices
  • Experience in training administrative staff/experience in managing other staff members and report on their productivity; conduct performance reviews of administrative staff 
  • Coordination experience with managing time off requests, schedule changes, policy changes, managing special projects
  • Knowledge of office equipment: such as printers, copiers, scanners
  • Will have knowledge of office transactional processes: client invoicing, account receivable management, bank/credit card downloads, bill pay, and petty cash reconciliation
  • Ability to conduct staff meetings
