We’re hiring an Office Assistant for our SW Houston client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Office Assistant (Part-Time)
- Location: SW Houston
- Pay: $18-$20/hr
- Hours: M-F 8am-12pm
- Duration: Temp-to-Hire
- Description of Duties: Responsible for performing clerical and administrative tasks, including processing employee timesheets, preparing payroll, managing office supplies, and handling general document preparation. Additional duties include maintaining office cleanliness, filing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and utilizing Microsoft Office and Excel for basic tasks.
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional office setting, basic administrative and clerical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, and the ability to handle tasks such as document preparation, filing, and scheduling. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage office supplies and maintain cleanliness are also required.
