Manufacturing Company in Southeast Houston area is currently hiring an experienced Mechanical Drafter to join their team! In this role, the Drafter will be responsible for editing existing drawings, or creating customer drawings to customer specifications. This person will work closely with customers and production supervisors to ensure finished product meets customer expectations
Salary: $65K / yr.
The perfect Mechanical Drafter for our client will have:
- 2+ years’ drafting experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and / or other drafting software
- Good mechanical thinking skills
- Experience drafting pressure vessels
- Strong understanding ASME section VIII standards
- Excellent communication skills
