We’re hiring a Marketing and Communications Administrative Assistant for our Southwest Houston client!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

 

  • Job Title: Marketing and Communications Administrative Assistant
  • Location: Southwest Houston
  • Pay: $20/hour
  • Hours: 8am – 4:30pm
  • Duration: Temp to Hire
  • Description of Duties: Provide administrative support to the Marketing team.  Assist with coordinating events, scheduling meetings, and maintain working files.  Monitor workflow pertaining to purchases, reimbursements, and expenses.  Other duties as assigned. 
  • Requirements: Associate degree or equivalent work experience.  Minimum 3 years’ experience with administrative support.  Marketing and communications experience a plus.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
