We’re hiring a Maintenance Porter for our Inner Loop client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! 

 

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

 

  • Job Title: Maintenance Porter
  • Location: Inner Loop
  • Pay: $14.00 per hour
  • Hours: M-F 8am to 5pm with some weekends
  • Duration: Indefinite
  • Description of Duties:  Handle day to day service requests from tenants; ensure common areas inside and outside are maintained, cleaned, safe; troubleshoot and repair various maintenance tasks assigned
  • Requirements: High School Diploma or combination of education and experience; previous experience and knowledge with general property maintenance including but not limited to: carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
