Logistics Coordinator

We’re hiring a Logistics Coordinator for our Southeast Houston area client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
• Location: Southeast Houston area
• Pay: $25-$30/hour
• Hours: 8am to 5pm, M-TH, 8am to 12pm Friday
• Duration: Temp-to-hire
• Description of Duties: Processing customer orders, scheduling deliveries, and managing entire sales cycle; Inventory management; Managing internal product movements; Coordinating and managing railroad and trucking carriers; Providing administrative support as needed
• Requirements: 3+ years’ logistics experience in trucking or terminal environment; SAP software within logistics / supply chain required; a/p & a/r experience preferred; MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook; IT experience (network management, knowledge of systems management) preferred; Knowledge of trucking, rail, ISO containers and maritime bulk shipping
