We’re hiring for an Inside Sales/Customer Service position for our growing client in the Southeast Houston area.

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title: Inside Sales/Customer Service

Location: Southeast Houston area

Pay: Up to $20 per hour

Hours: 7:30-4:30, Monday through Friday

Duration: Temp-to-hire

Description of Duties: Inside Sales/Customer Service position is now available in the Southeast Houston area! In order to successfully apply for this role, you should be comfortable with the following job duties: Manage requests for quotes via email and handle customer service calls.

Maintain current accounts and new accounts. Responsible for all parts orders, as well as inbound account orders. Work with Manufacturing and Production departments to meet customer's requests on orders. Make outbound courtesy calls and email updates to customers advising them of their ship dates and any delays. Report any issues, late shipments, and customer complaints to Manager. Promote and sell new or additional services.

Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Analytical and problem solver. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Previous experience with a CRM is preferred. Experience working in a manufacturing or parts environment is a plus.
