We’re hiring an Inside Sales/Customer Service Associate for our Southwest Central Houston area client!

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hard-working employee to join our client’s team!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

  • Job Title:  Inside Sales/Customer Service Associate
  • Location:  Southwest Central Houston area
  • Pay:  $20/hour
  • Hours:  M-F, 8-5
  • Duration:  Temp-to-Hire
  • Description of Duties:   Southwest Central Houston area company seeks an Inside Sales/Customer Service Associate for an immediate need.  The Inside Sales/Customer Service Associate’s job duties consist of the following:  Communicating with customers in a professional and timely manner both via phone and email.  Utilizing parts manuals and internal documents to determine the correct parts for the customer.  Accurately entering phone and email orders into NetSuite Oracle software.  Preparing shipping quotes using FedEx and UPS software.  Printing orders and delivering them to the correct warehouse locations in a timely manner.  Generating return shipping labels.  Communicating effectively and professionally with office and warehouse staff.  Accurate record keeping.  Running credit card authorizations.
  • Requirements:  Knowledge of, familiarity with, and comfort using OEM parts manuals.  Knowledge of construction equipment and parts.  Previous parts sales or service experience preferred.  NetSuite Oracle experience.  Good data entry and customer service skills.
