DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

  • Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator
  • Location: Houston, TX
  • Pay: $18 per hour
  • Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Duration: Temp to Hire 
  • Description of Duties: Company in the Southwest area of Houston is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to add to their team. Day to day job duties consist of:  Entering orders, examining documents to verify completeness and accuracy of data, preparing reports, logs, and ensuring traceability, assisting in preparing quotes and support documents for Sales Department.
  • Requirements: High School Diploma, some college preferred, minimum 2-3 years related experience in sales support role preferably in a manufacturing/and or oil and gas environment. Intermediate to Advanced MS Office such as Word and excel. Strong communications skills both verbal and written and intermediate to advanced math skills.
