DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

  • Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator
  • Location: Houston, TX
  • Pay:17-24 per hour DOE
  • Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Duration: Temp to Hire 
  • Description of Duties: Responsible for Entering orders system, examine documents to verify completeness and accuracy of data, Posts changes to documents, prepare reports, logs, and ensure traceability, assist in preparing quotes and support documents for Sales Department.
  • Requirements: High School Diploma, some college preferred, minimum 2-3 years related experience in sales support role preferably in a manufacturing/and or oil and gas environment. Intermediate to Advanced MS Office such as Word and excel. Strong communications skills both verbal and written and intermediate to advanced math skills.
