We’re hiring a Human Resources (HR) & Safety Assistant for our Southwest Central Houston area client!

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hard-working employee to join our client’s team!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

  • Job Title:   Human Resources (HR) & Safety Assistant
  • Location:  Southwest Central Houston area
  • Pay: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
  • Hours:  Mon-Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Duration:  Temp to Hire
  • Description of Duties:   This person will be responsible for working directly with the Hiring Manager, post positions, draft offer letters, conduct onboarding process, schedule new hire orientations and other human resources and administrative duties. Participates in safety meetings and update safety stats onto spreadsheet, lobby slides, and SharePoint.
  • Requirements:  3 years of experience in as Human Resources and Safety Assistant. Should be proficient in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
