We’re hiring an HR Recruiting Coordinator for our Southwest Central Houston area client!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title:  HR Recruiting Coordinator

Location:  Southwest Central Houston area

Pay: $25 per hour

Hours:  8:30am to 5pm

Duration:  Contract, approximately 3 months

 

Description of Duties:   Southwest Central Houston area company seeks an HR Recruiting Coordinator to fill a 3 month contract position.   Job Responsibilities: Recruit, schedule and interview applicants, receive and maintain staffing requisitions, post open positions internally and place external employment advertising, prescreen applications for minimum qualifications, administer pre-employment tests, communicate with managers during the recruitment process, update applicants in the database and track applications for each open position, schedule and attend Career Fairs, coordinate temporary staffing, coordinate the new hire process, reference checks, background checks, drug screens and Motor Vehicle checks, conduct new hire orientation, maintain current knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments and applicable laws regarding recruiting.

 

Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent 4+ years of work experience in a recruiting role.  Good proficiency with MS Office programs.  Ability to understand and explain policies and benefits to employees.  Good judgement when dealing with confidential information.
