We’re hiring a Front Desk Coordinator for our growing client in the Southwest Houston area.

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title:  Front Desk Coordinator

Location:  Southwest Houston area

Pay: $15 per hour

Hours:  M-F 8:30-5

Duration:  Temp-to-hire

Description of Duties:   Front Desk Coordinator position is now available in the Southwest Houston area!   In this role, you will:  Create a positive first impression with potential and current clients. Answer a 12 lines telephone and route the calls accurately to the teams. Assist team with general office support. Manage front desk operations (i.e. incoming calls, mail, emails, greeting visitors). Process incoming emails and distribute to the teams. Manage office vendors including but not limited to delivery, office machines, etc. Maintain inventory of office and break room supplies. Keep lobby, break room, and general office areas organized and tidy. Assist with data entry and reports. Email policies to insureds. Update policies system.

Requirements:  Strong communication skills. Detail oriented. Organized and have a good follow up system. Have a positive attitude, be a self-starter and a quick learner. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Office 365, Outlook. Able to manage several tasks at once.
