We’re hiring Extruder Machine Operator for our Southwest Central Houston area client!

We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees to join our client’s team!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

  • Job Title: Extruder Machine Operator 
  • Location:  Southwest Central Houston area
  • Pay:  $18.00 per hour
  • Hours: 6pm-6am 
  • Duration:  Temp-to-hire
  • Description of Duties:  Set up and operate extrusion production equipment following work instructions and machine standards to ensure that a quality product is produced. Operate multiple auxiliary equipment such as an IR heater, laser micrometer and material dryers. Perform and record all applicable quality checks on the product. Maintain a clean and orderly work area including a complete clean up at end of shift.
  • Requirements:  Knowledge of polymer materials and associated characteristics. Basic knowledge of extrusion equipment and mechanical aptitude. Basic knowledge of calipers, micrometers, reading dial gauges and tape measures.  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
