Industrial Equipment Company in Southeast Houston is currently hiring an experienced Dispatcher / Inside Sales Representative to join their team! In this role, the Dispatcher / Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for Dispatching multiple service techs; Quoting and upselling equipment and services, and making follow-up calls; Providing high-level customer service, and maintaining key account relationships; Managing workflow by updating systems, managing open orders, and supporting invoicing.

Salary: $50K - $65K/yr.

The perfect Dispatcher / Inside Sales Representative for our client will have:

·        2+ years’ dispatch, inside sales, and service coordination

·        Industrial tire or forklift industry experience highly preferred

·        Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

·        Have the ability to effectively quote, schedule, follow-up, and close

·        Experience with CRM or ERP systems – FieldServio or TreadTracker would be ideal

·        Bilingual in English / Spanish a huge plus
