We’re hiring a Data Entry/Customer Service Rep. for our Northwest Houston client!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

 

  • Job Title: Data Entry/Customer Service
  • Location: Northwest Houston (290/W. Little York)
  • Pay: $17.00 – 19.00
  • Hours: 8am – 5pm
  • Duration: Temp to Hire
  • Description of Duties: Assist Sales team to create files and administer estimates.  Manage follow-up process for quotes, execute small quotes and discuss estimates with customers.  Update and distribute Purchase Orders and Sales logs to designated departments.  Field customer service calls and emails.  Cross train in each Customer Service department to help with coverage.
  • Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience Customer Service and data entry.  Strong organization skills.  Microsoft office (proficient in Word & Excel), Google Docs, typing skills.  Strong communication & Customer Service Skills, self-motivated, and efficient.
