We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Houston, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! 

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

·        Job Title: Customer Service Representative

·        Location: Cypress Texas

·        Pay: $23

·        Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 am

·        Duration: Temp to Hire

·        Description of Duties: Address customer inquiries, including pricing, pricing adjustments, shipping dates, or any other information needed. Resolve any production, shipping or scheduling inquiries. Process orders and returns and verify warranties. Upsell new and additional services.

·        Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. 2-5 years of customer service experience. Computer skills such as the MS Office Suite.
