Job Description
We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Southwest Houston area client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Customer Service Representative
- Location: Southwest Houston
- Pay: $15.00/hour
- Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
- Duration: Temp-to-hire
- Description of Duties: Assist with inquiries, troubleshooting and client contact. Responsible for ordering, production, shipping and billing for assigned clients. Manage and execute transactions in the ERP system. Answer phones, greet guests and perform administrative functions.
- Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in a customer service role. Proficient w/ MS Office. SAP experience is a plus.
