We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Northwest Houston area client!

We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees to join our client’s team!

 

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

  • Location:  Northwest Houston area
  • Pay: $14 per hour
  • Hours: 8-5, Monday – Friday
  • Duration: Temporary to Hire 
  • Description of Duties: Reviewing customer accounts for adjustments, preparing daily deposits, posting payments to customer accounts, answering customer service calls, and assisting customers with accounts. Data entry of meter books. Answering phones and transferring calls to appropriate department. Assisting customers with payments. Prepares daily deposits / batches. Post payments to customer accounts. Create red tags. Create and print work orders. Create refund letters.
  • Requirements: 1+ years of comparable experience. 10-Key by touch, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
