We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Southwest Houston client!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

 

  • Job Title:  Customer Service Representative
  • Location:  Southwest Houston
  • Pay:  $15-$16/hr
  • Hours:  8am – 5pm w/ possible OT
  • Duration:  Temp to Hire
  • Description of Duties:  Will report to the Sales/Marketing team.  Responsible for customer service and support activities daily.  Heavy data entry.  Assist co-ordinate shipping and purchase activities ensuring timely shipments and inventory levels.  General office duties.  Analyze and evaluate stock levels and update system.  Reply to customer requests immediately. 
  • Requirements:  Must have a college degree or prior work experience in related field of customer service/support.  Advanced computer knowledge and good interpersonal skills are required.  Strong verbal communication, listening and problem-solving skills.  Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
