We’re hiring a Customer Service Dispatcher for our NW Houston, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Customer Service Dispatcher
- Location: Remote (with occasional travel to 77095 area)
- Pay: $20-$24/hr
- Hours:
- Duration: Temp-to-Hire
- Description of Duties: Responsible for dispatching, scheduling, and closing out service calls, while providing top-tier customer support. Duties include responding to emails, phone calls, and text messages; managing part warranties; updating service boards; supporting the CSR lead; and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll also assist in resolving concerns, running reports, coordinating with technicians, and supporting projects as assigned.
- Requirements: Must have 5+ years of customer service or dispatching experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Prior CRM/CMMS and HVAC knowledge preferred. Must be honest, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
