We’re hiring a Customer Service Account Specialist for our Houston, TX client!  We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! 

 

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

 

  • Job Title: Customer Service Account Specialist
  • Location: Northwest Houston, TX
  • Pay: $16.00 
  • Hours: 8AM -4PM Monday through Friday schedule, with an hour lunch from 12PM-1PM (35 Hours Per Week, no overtime).
  • Duration: Temp to Hire 
  • Description of Duties:Customer Service Account Specialist will be responsible for Answering/Routing calls, order entry, data entry, will forward customer emails to correct internal employee. 
  • Requirements: 1-2 years recent customer service experience, answering incoming calls, and ability to multitask with order entry and strong data entry. Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and Word Software and previous data entry experience with high level accuracy and attention to detail.
