We’re hiring a Collections Manager for our Fort Bend area client!

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hard-working employee who can interview immediately! 

 

DESCRIPTION OF JOB:

Job Title: Collections Manager

Location: Fort Bend area

Pay: $70k, IRA with 3% match, 75% of employee’s insurance covered, PTO

Hours: 9am to 6pm

Duration: Direct Hire

Description of Duties:  Booming company in the Fort Bend County area is looking for a Collections Manager for an immediate direct hire need.  Daily responsibilities include running reports, reviewing accounts, dealing with past due accounts, weekly departmental meetings, weekly one on one meetings with all collectors, communicating with owners regarding past due accounts, coordinating with service department, as well as basic office duties like answering phones and occasionally taking in person payments. The manager would be overseeing a team of 4 collectors.

Requirements:  Prior experience working in a retail loan environment/rent-to-own is a plus. Experience with iDMS/Finance Express is a huge plus.  Must be proficient with MS Office.
