Staffing Consultants are the front line of service delivery and communication with
our clients. If you thrive on helping companies solve their staffing challenges and guiding people to their
dream job, this is the role for you. Our Staffing Consultants recruit, screen, hire, and manage candidates for
temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire positions. They develop client relationships through site visits,
marketing calls, and exemplary customer service. Applicants should demonstrate a track record of outstanding
customer service, 1-2 years’ experience in the staffing industry, the desire to be an innovative problem solver
and a working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
Business Development Consultant
Do you thrive in a high-energy competitive industry? Would you like to work

unlimited income based on your results sound? Our Sales Representative responsibilities include new business
development and account management within an assigned territory. This includes prospecting, sales, service,
customer retention and follow-up. Applicants must have a proven sales track record in a service industry, a

verbal and written communications skills, including proposal writing and negotiation.
If you have 3-5 years of combined sales and branch management experience in the

managers oversee operations and sales activities, and also create and manage forecasts and budgets. This
position is an active selling position, responsible for new business growth and account management. Branch
Managers report directly to our president, and are considered business “owners” with decision-making
responsibilities and unlimited earning potential based on their success. If you have a proven sales track record
as well as effective verbal and written communications skills, including proposal writing and negotiating we
should get together for a visit. A working knowledge of labor and employment laws and exceptional problem
solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills are essential.
