We’re hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician for our Southwest Houston client!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

 

  • Job Title:  Facilities Maintenance Technician
  • Location:  Southwest Houston
  • Pay:  $16.00 - $18.00/hr
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm (possibility of on-call after hours and/or the weekends for emergency projects)
  • Duration: Temp to Hire
  • Description of Duties:  Resolve daily maintenance request.  Assist in execution of daily work including but not limited to:  changing AC filters, coils, and similar tasks.  Maintain precise inventory of spare parts & materials.  Complete preventative maintenance routines, troubleshoot problems, and repair equipment.  
  • Requirements: Minimum 2 years in a Facilities Maintenance Technician role.  Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing, warehouse environment.  HVAC certification preferred or equivalent job experience.  Knowledge of electrical principles, schematics.
