We’re hiring a Bilingual Sales Administrator for our Southwest Houston client!

 

We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees to join our client’s team!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

 

  • Job Title:  Bilingual Sales Administrator
  • Location:  Southwest Houston
  • Pay: $20 - $22/hr
  • Hours:  8am – 5pm
  • Duration:  Temp to Hire
  • Description of Duties:  Prepare quotes and process orders.  Check for data accuracy and update records.  Obtain missing information from internal and external clients providing excellent communication and customer service.  Generate monthly reports.  Stay informed on new products and services.
  • Requirements:  Must be Bilingual, English and Spanish.  S. degree in Marketing, Sales, or relevant field preferred but not required.  Prior experience as a Sales Administrator or relevant role.  Minimum 2+ years experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office.  Looking for a team player with high level of dedication to raising the bar.  Must be detail oriented, very organized and able to meet deadlines.
