We’re hiring a Bilingual HR Assistant for our growing client in the Southwest Houston area.

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hard-working employee to join our client’s team!

 

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title:  Bilingual HR Assistant

Location:  Southwest Houston area

Pay: $20-25 per hour

Hours:  M-F

Duration:  Direct Hire

Description of Duties:   Manage the recruitment process by identifying candidates, pre-screening and scheduling interviews. Complete on-boarding process; offer letter, background checks, pre-hire testing and paperwork. Manage new hire scheduling and orientation. Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. Maintain employee records and update changes. Facilitate training sessions and seminars. Produce and submit reports on general HR and recruitment activity. Assist with payroll and HR projects. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.

Requirements:  At least 2 years of experience in HR or in a similar role. Exposure to labor laws and employment equity regulations. Effective HR administration, recruitment and people management skills. Exposure to payroll practices. Full understanding of HR functions and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
