Customer Care Representative

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Care Representative who is able to work under pressure and has strong problem-solving abilities.  As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact that answers billing related questions for the company’s customers. Applicants for this position must have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to make accurate decisions.

 

We’re looking for YOU because you have the following experience:

  • 3+ years of accurate and knowledgeable customer service experience via phone, online and in person (call center preferred).
  • Ability to answer customer billing inquiries relating to their account using billing software.
  • Knowledge of starting new accounts and finalizing accounts when residents move.
  • Researching billing and payment discrepancies.
  • Creating work orders for billing related field activities.
  • Ensuring accounts are well-documented after each call and entering data correctly.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
  • Bilingual in Spanish a must!
