DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

 

  • Job Title: Assembly Associate
  • Location: Stafford, TX
  • Pay: $15-$18/hr
  • Hours: Mon-Sat, 6:30am-4:00pm (OT when needed)
  • Duration: Temp-to-Hire
  • Description of Duties: As an Assembly Associate, you will be responsible for assembling and testing fans based on system-level prints, wiring procedures, and internal standards. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of productivity, follow all safety and quality policies, communicate effectively with team members, and contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in machinery assembly and be able to use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers. Candidates must be able to interpret blueprints, stand for up to 12 hours a day, lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly, and accurately enter data into computer-based systems.
