We’re hiring an Administrator/Office Manager for our Southwest Houston client!

 

We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees to join our client’s team!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

 

  • Job Title:  Administrator/Office Manager
  • Location:  Southwest & Southeast Houston ( Will work between two offices)
  • Pay:  $15/hr
  • Hours:  9am – 6pm, flexible schedule
  • Duration:  Temporary
  • Description of Duties:  Complete payroll.  Set employee schedules.  Use tax software to complete job duties, will be trained on the software.   Will work between two offices in Southwest Houston and Pasadena.  
  • Requirements:  Minimum 2 years of Accounting experience including payroll and tax.  Must have previous supervisory experience.
