We’re hiring an Administrative Coordinator for our Southwest Houston client!

 We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees to join our client’s team!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title:  Administrative Coordinator

  • Location:  Southwest Houston
  • Pay:  $25/hr
  • Hours: 7:30a-4:30p OR 8am-5pm (Currently a remote position.  Will go back in the office 2-3 days/week after the New Year.)
  • Duration:  Temp to Hire
  • Description of Duties:  Answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls.  Create newsletters and spreadsheets.  Maintaining supplies in the office.  Coordinate scheduling and communicate needs with attorneys.  High volume and fast paced environment.    
  • Requirements: Associates Degree,  Experience with Microsoft Office.    Ability to work in a high pressure environment.  Great oral and written communication skills.
